Foodcolor? This is a photographic journey .These are the memories and the territories to suggest inspiration. Sometimes the colors are, simply, as the red Pompeian of the Etna at sunset or the black and white of a cuttlefish in a vessel of Genoa.
Through the images, the creative process hidden behind each dish: inspiration, experimentation, mixing, but also the tastings, the mise en place and finally the finishing touch that reveals a memory, a concept, attachment to the territory.
