The never ending quest for love can make us happy and get us hurt. Another topic that is subjacent to this book is spiritual possession, and the real dilemma that a woman experiences between loving a christian or keeping her pact with the devil and all the benefits that come with it, most of them indirectly described in this book, and that she would lose by loving such man. The woman portrayed in this story is a nymphomaniac that have sold her soul to the devil in order to maintain her life of lust, power over others and pleasure.
The purpose of these 40 letters was to save a very special relationship and a soul, but the purpose of this book is to provide an opportunity for others to truly see why a relationship fails, why love can’t conquer anything and why love can be difficult to experience or even keep. So, may we learn from a horrible lost romance, how to make another, much more worthy, survive.
